Review from a
client, AKA Disney-a-holic:
Also, a Cars Land tip for Radiator Springs Racers… YES, the line is
intimidating! But, here’s a few tricks for making it happen!!!
- Use your early entry! If you’re not first in line, don’t fret, b/c they let you in, the corral you all together at another point anyway, then they let you in, then they filter you down to a single file line.
- The single file line is the big impact area. When you get onto the Main St., stay to your RIGHT. That’s where the line is. If you’re off to the left, folks on the right naturally get in front of you.
- If you don’t care, use the single rider line – you can’t ride w/your friends, but you’ll get on faster
- Once off the ride, if you want to go again, go STRAIGHT to the fast pass line! F/P opens at park opening usually, so if you do early entry, you have time to get in line, do the ride, and still get in the FP line before all the normal park hour attendees. Then when the line opens, it will take about 15-20 minutes vs. over an hour with a chance that they will “sell-out” of fast passes.
- When we would do this, Lorin would go get in line and I’d take the girls on another ride or get breakfast.
Just sharing b/c I know Dave and Alycia skipped
the ride b/c of the line, and it’s really not that bad 1st thing in the morning. It
just looks intimidating! And yeah, the ride is worth it! J
Also, regarding The Carousel Inn:
We liked it, but I think I mentioned that the pool was a bit of a joke.
Great maybe for adults, but for families with kids, I don’t recommend. It got
way too deep much too fast. And it’s SMALL! But the rooms were lovely (we
were lucky and had one of the first rooms, so were very close), and the staff
was very nice.
